In March 2023, US patent application for an Electrostatic Theraputic Device was filed, as well as the corresponding Patent Cooperation Treaty application PCT/IB2023/053145. In August 2023, a written opinion from the International search Authority was received. The application was found to comply with the criteria set out in Articles 33(2) to (4) of the PCT, and thus possesses novelty, inventive step and industrial applicability.
